Radley Yeldar: Film 2010
A promotional film for Radley Yeldar, built by hand-drawing illustrations and compositing them in After Effects, with minimal CGI in its case-study sections. Radley Yeldar's own playful brand — their Charlotte Road building is plastered with hand-drawn illustrations — gave Cumi both existing artwork to animate and space to create new pieces alongside it.
The Brief
Radley Yeldar have a playful brand, and their building in Charlotte Road is plastered all over with lovely hand-drawn illustrations. The brief was to bring that same spirit to a promotional film for the agency, animating existing brand illustrations while also creating new artwork, with minimal CGI worked in for the film's case-study sections.
