A series of B2B persona films for Ericsson, each showing potential business customers the services likely to be available to their own customers in the near future, thanks to the technology and infrastructure Ericsson provides. As the brief put it: "This is one of a series of 4 persona films and each film uses a different visual style to reflect the personality and lifestyle of the end customer." Cumi worked with producer Michael Richards at Jack Morton and director Colin Platt to bring 3 of the 4 personas to life in HD, on a very tight turnaround. The 3 real personas: Jessica — "a huge fan of Wai Wai [who] uses her phone to keep up to date with all the latest news about her... also keeps her well connected to her friends, some of whom don't even live in the same country as her"; Mosi — who "lives in Kenya with his wife and children," uses his phone "to help run his business and not have to waste money making journeys he doesn't need to make," and to keep in touch with his mother in another village; and Tom — who "lives in Germany," works for a print company, uses his phone mainly for business, and to follow football scores and keep an eye on what his daughter watches when she's not with him. Each persona got two films, giving 6 real films in total, each in its own distinct visual style to match that character's personality and lifestyle.

Jessica is a huge fan of Wai Wai and uses her phone to keep up with all the latest news about her, and to stay connected to friends, some of whom live abroad.
